Supporting individual and team development is an investment we make on a daily basis through the TOP OK University continuing education program. We offer each employee financial compensation each year for conferences, college programs, webinars and more. After class is dismissed, our newly empowered students serve as professors at TOP OK, leading a breakout session to share their new insights and wisdom. Giving back to the community that gives so much to us and our clients isn’t just a pleasure; it’s a privilege. Each year, the TOP OK team proudly participates in Freedom Day, an event dedicated to honoring the lives lost and changed by 9-11. From painting a neglected middle school, to making lunches for less-fortunate students, helping the Las Vegas NV Hospital organize and store its inventory of supplies and equipment and more, we happily donate our time and energy in an effort to pay it forward.
